Insecticide Home Page

This page is Vegetable Gardening Made Easier's Insecticide Home Page. Here we list all of our pages on insecticides. As of 2011, we are only talking about organic insecticides.

First of all we have a general page about

Organic Insecticides that talks about what constitutes organic.

We have many products to talk about. We start off with AzaGuard Insecticide is a broad spectrum insecticidal that provides control on over 300 insect species.

The next one is Dipel Insecticide is a dry flowable Bt which dissolves better in water than wettable powders.

We follow this one with Golden Pest Spray Oil which is used with the Zea-Later II for organic control of corn earworms.

Our next one is Monterey Garden Insecticide which is a powerful weapon against the Colorado Potato Beetles.

Another organic insecticide that is effective is the Mycotrol Insecticide which is used for making healthy, insect-free crops.

PyGanic contains a Pyrethrin spray which is sprayed on organic crops and ornamentals.

I have used Safer Insecticide Soap with great success. It really does have a saddle soap smell to it. Safer is a clear, soap-like liquid is composed of fatty acid salts and contains no petroleum additives.

An organic insecticide for slugs is Sluggo Snail and Slug Insecticide which kills snails and slugs organically, while fertilizing your soil.

Our next item is not a killer but a repellent. It is called Hot Pepper Wax.

There are many organics to use. I encourage you to use them, even though they are more expensive, since they are better for us, our children, our animals and our World.

Thank you for your visit.
